Badger AI is used by criminal justice agencies to prepare official records. We take reports of security issues seriously and welcome them from the security research community.

Reporting a vulnerability

Send details to support@mybadgerai.com. Please include enough information for us to reproduce the issue, and give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before disclosing it publicly.

Good faith research

We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, avoid disruption to our service, and do not access, modify, retain, or disclose data belonging to others. If you are uncertain whether an action is authorized, contact us before proceeding.

Out of scope

Badger AI processes criminal justice information on behalf of criminal justice agencies. The following are not authorized under any circumstances:

• Accessing, attempting to access, or interacting with any live agency account or report data
• Denial of service or load testing of any kind
• Social engineering of Badger AI staff, agency personnel, or our vendors
• Physical testing of any facility
• Testing of third-party services we rely on, including Amazon Web Services
